The rechargeable batteries are made to last a minimum of four years before the die. We've never a lot of systems that have been in use for that long, and we haven't had any die yet. When they do need to be replaced, we have a battery replacement program. Ship them back, and for $39.95 we will replace them. They are covered under warranty for two years.
