Please tell us about yourself and what you’ve been working on?
I am a professional bassist, educator, clinician and producer as well as being known as “The Ampeg Guy” to many. I am award winning bassist with countless tours, recordings, and worldwide performances on my resume. In 1992 I graduated from the Bass Institute of Technology and continued there as an instructor for an additional five years. I am also the author of four educational bass publications with Mel Bay, Hal Leonard and my own publishing company, MonoTunes Music as well as being a columnist for three popular bass magazines.
I have consulted with various bass equipment manufacturers over the years and have served as a product specialist for Warwick basses in the past. I’ve been main Ampeg clinician and brand ambassador for the last 16 years and continues to log thousands of miles around the globe spreading the “Ampeg” word.
When not “on the road” my first priority is spending quality time with my wife and two daughters on their farm in New Hampshire! I am also an avid Harley rider and plans to retire with my wife someday into the sunset on their Harleys!
